If after purchase you find that your garment still does not fit you right, you can bring it or courier it to a Wendell Rodricks store to be altered at an additional fee, depending on the alteration type (for customers only in India). Email us at [email protected] to request for the same and we will get back to you with the process and pricing. However, once you have placed a request for alteration of a garment, you will not be able to return the item. Alterations are undertaken at additional charges, including shipping of the product.
At Wendell Rodricks, we do not have stylists available online. However, we will make the experience a little more personal by getting you in touch with our core design team. They will help you find something specific to your needs in a particular style or for an occasion. We strive to display the colors of the garment as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot give a 100% guarantee that the colors of the garment will match the colors viewed on an electronic device. Minimal variations may occur in colour or product detail on account of the hand-made appeal of the merchandise.

One order can only be shipped to one address. However, if you require more than one item to be shipped to more than one address, you will have to make separate transactions per item.
All merchandise from Wendell Rodricks will be signed, sealed and delivered in a signature Wendell Rodricks package that will ensure that your product will reach safely to its destination without any damage.
All items are insured against accidental damage and theft while in transit from our store to the shipping address. However, once your items have been delivered to your address, they are no longer covered under insurance. Upon arrival, if your box is damaged, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note while signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation and a text message stating that your order has been placed successfully.
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a tracking number/AWB through an email. You will be able to view the date your item is in process to the date of shipment to the date of your item being in the process of delivery.
If you have purchased multiple items, there is a fair chance that the items will get dispatched on separate days. Sign in to your account on our website and click on View ‘Track My Orders ’to know the status of each of your items.
The estimated delivery time for each product is mentioned on every product page. Please check the delivery time period while you proceed to checkout, as it may vary for every product. Once you have placed your order, we can give you information on the whereabouts of your package of your items in the ‘Track My Orders’ section of your account. Please note, we are not responsible for delays caused by destination custom clearances.
Order cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not provide refunds for any products once sold.
Scarves/stoles and footwear with no damages of any kind (along with the price tag in their original packaging) are eligible for returns or exchange. Shoes can be returned provided they have been tried on a carpeted surface, and the soles remain undamaged.
Garments, scarves/stoles should not show wear and tear of any kind, including make-up, perfume or other stains. Since we keep a limited inventory, we may not have all sizes available at all times. In such cases, we will return the amount paid for the particular item as store credit in 24 hours. We do not provide refunds for products once sold. Please note that if we have made a mistake by sending you an incorrect product or garment size, we will accept the product and send you the correct product/garment size.
We accept refunds within 10 days after you have received your product. You will be refunded with store credit in 48 hours after we have received the product. Please visit our Returns & Exchange page for more details.
Visit the ‘My Orders’ page, you will be able to view a list of your past purchase items. Select the item you would like to return and click on the option that will be listed below as ‘Return an Item’. Click to proceed. Please note that items can be returned only within 10 days from date of purchase.
Yes you can. Please send an email to [email protected] stating that you would prefer returning an item to a Wendell Rodricks store near you. Please ensure that your item is returned along with the price tag (tagged to the garment/purchased merchandise) and in its original packaging. Returns of this nature will only be accepted within 2 weeks from date of purchase. Our store manager will attend to you and will be notified about your arrival prior to the date of return. You are eligible for returns or exchange only once the item has been checked and verified.
Once you have returned an item, the ‘Wendell Rodricks Design Space’ team will inspect the garment for quality check. In case a damage of any kind has been identified (wear and tear OR stains), we will not accept the return. However, if the garment is devoid of any damages, we will provide you with the amount paid for the garment in the form of store credit within 3 weeks of the inspection date.
If we have made a mistake from our end by sending you an incorrect item, garment size or damaged item, please send us an email to [email protected] with a photograph and details of the issue related to the garment. We will replace it with the correct item/ garment size.
Payment related queries
Due to the value of the goods we sell, we request to place your signature against your order once the items has been delivered successfully to your address.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro credit and debit cards. You may also opt for Net Banking.
If you pay by credit or debit cards, you will be charged immediately after your order is placed successfully.

Customer’s Order Size
All product prices for customers in India are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For customers overseas, all product prices (on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis) displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in, for which payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
